As part of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), the ASR III is the primary support for administrative duties for the (EPMO) leadership and team and is responsible for scheduling meetings, taking minutes, organizing events, procuring materials and equipment for staff, supporting travel arrangements, acquiring document copies, timesheet tracking, supporting onboarding, SharePoint as necessary, and other administrative related duties arising.


Key functions include:

  • Providing administrative support for the EPMO leadership and team members, working to meet deadlines while preserving the high level of accuracy needed.
  • Managing EPMO purchase card, ensuring all expenditures are appropriately authorized prior to purchase, performing detailed expenditure tracking, maintaining backup for purchase and performing timely completion of monthly reconciliation / balancing of expense reports.
  • Supporting the acquisition of materials, equipment and other services as required to support the EPMO leadership and team members, including coordinating travel requests and requests for document copying / distribution


Our ideal teammate will have:

  • A college diploma OR a High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year of administrative experience
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within team settings
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide clear status updates and take corrective action when needed
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience working in project-based environments considered a valuable asset


An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.


An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
