Responsibilities
  • Build a monthly order and provide it to the in-house creative department and follow up to ensure the receipt of the elements
  • Create work orders (worksheets) in the appropriate software
  • Deliver all digital promotional materials and ensure the accuracy of messages and the proper use of creative pieces
  • Identify monthly priorities in collaboration with the rest of the team
  • Participate in the development of the go-to-market strategy on a quarterly basis
  • Send and follow up on marketing needs with producers and ensure that we receive the necessary materials to market our original productions
  • Follow up with studios, such as HBO, to obtain the necessary creative materials and approvals
  • Build a social strategy for priority original series
  • Build the preroll strategy each month
  • Be in constant communication with the different departments (creative department, sales, affiliates, communications, programming, web, etc.) and coordinate needs
  • Other job-related duties
Qualifications
  • University degree in communication, marketing or other relevant field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the use of social media: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube
  • Understanding of and interest in the Canadian and international media streaming plateforms industry
  • Knowledge of media industry and the Quebec star system
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, set priorities and propose solutions to problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Creative spirit
  • Capacity for initiative
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Openness and adaptability
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Experience in budget management (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Monday (an asset)
  • Knowledge of IBMS (an asset)
  • Fluency in French and English spoken and written: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
