What you will do:
Reporting to the Building Maintenance Supervisor at Mactaquac Provincial Park, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings, structures and grounds.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing buildings, grounds and equipment
  • Managing assets via short and long-term maintenance and repair planning
  • Performing daily inspections
  • Assisting with new projects and renovations
  • Performing physically demanding tasks
  • Performing other related tasks as required

Who you are:

Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:

Required Competencies:

  • High school diploma or GED, minimum one (1) year of related work experience at the semi-skilled level in the building, electrical and/or mechanical occupations
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License is required
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.

Wage:
$27.12 per hour
