The Role
The Manager, Regulatory Program Management contributes to the overall success of Customer Insights, Data & Analytics (CID&A) by working with the Director and Senior Manager, Regulatory Program Management to support the delivery of regulatory and audit programs, including the implementation of an enterprise-wide data remediation program. The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of complex enterprise projects and/or portfolios of projects (programs), collaborating with cross-functional teams in support of the data and analytics strategy.

- Work with Director and Senior Manager, Regulatory Program Management to oversee delivery of regulatory remediation initiatives related to data and analytics
- Assist in the evaluation of compliance controls, operational procedures and related processes to ensure they meet regulatory expectations and are aligned with applicable industry best-practices
- Lead the review and update of program KPIs and reporting
- Work closely with stakeholders from CID&A and business lines to create and execute program implementation roadmaps
- Identify, manage, and communicate program risks, inter-dependences, and issues (and works to resolve them) following the Bank's enterprise delivery framework (EDF) plan to ensure that the program is delivered with quality, on time and on budget
- Ensure ongoing communication of program status, completing the monthly status reports and escalating issues
- Ensure the documentation and achieving of program/project activities, deliverables, tools, etc. for use in future projects
- Work well with business partners at different levels within the organization including 2nd and 3rd line partners
- Identify, recommend, and support the development of improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and positive impact within the team, stakeholders and the Bank
- The position requires strong communication skills to prepare high-quality regulatory and audit responses and to effectively change manage initiatives

- Well-developed communication skills, stakeholder management and excellent writing skills
- Experience tracking and reporting metrics, experience developing KPIs an asset
- Knowledge of/experience in project management
- Proven ability to learn quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Has a keen additional to detail to in documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of data and analytics regulations is an asset
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel are assets
