Colonial Honda is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to greet visitors, manage calls, and help create a positive and polished first impression of our dealership. Please note this role consists of the following hours: Monday – Thursday 2pm-7pm, Friday 2pm-6pm, Saturday 8:30am-5pm
Hourly Wage Range: $16.70-17.80

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answering and forwarding telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greeting and directing customers to the appropriate department or team member
Handling daily cash posting and bank deposits
Performing accurate data entry and general clerical support
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Supporting team operations with flexibility as priorities shift
Contributing to a friendly and positive office environment
Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
A positive attitude and a professional, welcoming presence
Excellent communication skills—well-spoken in person and over the phone
Dependable and self-motivated, with strong time management abilities
Able to stay organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently
Comfortable handling changes or unexpected situations with flexibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook), and eager to learn dealership software systems
A collaborative mindset and desire to help create great experiences for every customer and colleague
