As a member of the team, you will be exposed to a full range of HR services including organizational culture, HR analytics, employee relations, recruitment and more. What will you be doing?

As a member of the People and Culture you will take on a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Support the HR Analyst Team Lead with merit increase process, including completing merit increases in the systems and updating trackers
  • Assist the Organizational Culture team in planning the annual recognition event, including but not limited to:
    • Presentation preparation
    • Form management
    • Tracker creation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the Talent and Culture Consultant on the Student Program initiatives
  • Provide support in recruitment activities, as needed
  • Assist with various other projects or programs, based on organizational requirements.

What do you need to be successful?

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled in a university degree in Business Administration

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Coursework in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge in Excel

Salary: $16.04- $19.34 per hour
