The TD AI Platform team is focused on building & delivering secure, stable and scalable AI capabilities & solutions that are enterprise ready to serve our customers and colleagues. We are currently seeking a Snr Manager Technology Delivery Lead to build & lead a team focused on delivering AI solutions for business across the enterprise.

As a Snr Manager Technology Delivery Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that unlock value across the organization. You'll work at the intersection of emerging tech, scalable platforms, and real-world business problems—partnering with teams across the enterprise to prioritize, plan, and deliver GenAI use cases that truly make a difference.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead a high-performing team of technology professionals focused on delivering GenAI use cases for businesses across the enterprise, ensuring scalable and secure implementation.
Engage with cross-functional teams—from business and product owners to enterprise architects and developers—to understand use case needs and align on solution paths.
Drive execution across multiple initiatives in parallel, managing timelines, risks, and interdependencies with confidence.
Serve as a trusted technology partner, helping internal stakeholders navigate AI opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with the AI Platform capability team to continuously enhance our AI platform's capabilities and accelerate use case delivery.
Mentor and inspire a talented team of system analysts, software engineers and data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
CUSTOMER
Lead and manage the end to end delivery of technology solutions or services for a key business line, portfolio, assigned segment or enterprise area with a clear focus on strategic planning, schedule management, scope, change / issues management, client communication and overall resourcing and financial costs on a longer term basis
Responsible for project delivery for the set of application in their scope, commissioning projects to be executed by assigned Project Managers
Act as an integrator of solutions; provide a flexible approach by offering and negotiating options with the clients that assure the appropriate balance between service levels, cost and risk
SHAREHOLDER
Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process for all ongoing projects within the portfolio to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations
Assess work plans and schedule impacts across portfolio and identify key schedule issues for reporting, escalate further as necessary
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
Graduate degree, preferred
Proven experience delivering complex technology initiatives in an enterprise environment—ideally across multiple workstreams.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills—able to translate between technical and business audiences with ease.
Strong team leadership and collaboration abilities; you inspire trust, empower others, and deliver results.
A proactive mindset with a bias for action, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
5-7 years of proven experience in data engineering.
Strong understanding of data platform architectures, data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline design.
Experience with designing and implementing large-scaled data processing pipelines.
Experience with designing and implementing distributed software applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure (preferred) and big data technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Spark, Java, SQL or Scala.
Understanding of AI/ML platforms, with bonus points for exposure to GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, etc.).
