As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Director of Operations to join our leadership team and help guide the next phase of our success.
Position Overview
We're looking for a team player with a positive attitude, strong leadership instincts, and a passion for process and implementation. The Director of Operations will take charge of the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a high-accountability role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating systems, managing people, and making things happen.
Work Environment & Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fredericton, NB, with some flexibility for off-site work when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and team systems
Organize and lead team meetings and planning sessions
Coordinate and execute client and community appreciation events
Spearhead client care initiatives and maintain a consistent client experience
Manage and optimize CRM and database marketing plans
Supervise transaction coordinators and subcontractors
Implement new systems and ideas to improve efficiency and performance
Support team growth through structure, accountability, and communication
In the First 90 Days, Success Looks Like:
Learning and understanding the team's systems, tools, and workflows
Building strong relationships with team members, clients, and external partners
Taking ownership of day-to-day operations with confidence and clarity
Identifying areas for immediate improvement and acting on them
Demonstrating initiative, leadership, and alignment with the team's core values
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience in a similar position
Strong organizational and leadership experience
Tech-savvy, especially with CRM systems and digital workflows
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Real estate experience is an asset, but not required
A growth mindset and willingness to learn continuously

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $70,000 - $75,000, based on experience
