The opportunity
As an IGA consultant you will be responsible for leading the IGA Advise and Implementation projects and assisting the client on assessment, technical design and implementation of Identity and Access Management solution.
The ideal person must be experienced in driving IAM strategy, technology changes, and delivering projects, in cloud and on-premises environments. Must be familiar with risk framework, compliance and auditing controls required to implement identity and access management solutions on cloud based and on-premises resources. The IGA consultant should have experience with integrating solution on different IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt and Microsoft Entra ID Governance
Your key responsibilities:
- IGA assessment, architecture, solution design and development
- Subject-matter expertise across all IGA topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architectures
- Participate in IGA enterprise governance processes and drive IAM standards adoption
- Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architecture to help the business grow and change while aligning to strategic vision
- Create, maintain and align the Information Security policies and standards with industry best practices and business needs in the adoption of cloud services and technologies
- Manage the successful technical delivery of IGA projects and services for our customers by working directly with key business stakeholders, executives and project teams
- Review and management of technical IGA roadmaps
- Deliver technical security configuration architecture expertise in implementing IGA solutions
- Develop IGA solutions and recommendations for issues caused by processes, emerging threats and technology changes
- Implement customized use cases and solution
- IGA policy set up, audit compliance and implementing governance framework
- Providing technical expertise to complex relevant problems
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on IGA best practices and tools
- Monitor and analyze identity governance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in identity governance space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IGA solutions with existing systems
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and presentations
Skills and attributes for success:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of Build and Implementation experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt and Microsoft Entra ID Governance, etc.
- Must have performed end-to-end IGA implementation projects
- Must have experience in prioritizing application on-boarding needs, requirements gathering for compliance and provisioning
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with configuring Lifecycle management, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management and RBAC, Risk Model
- Must have an understanding of industry best practices for access administration (Provisioning, de-provisioning), access enforcement (authentication protocols) and access governance (certification, logging, monitoring etc.)
- Experience in carrying out integration with authoritative sources (e.g., Workday, Banner, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, etc.) as an identity source with provisioning into target systems (e.g., LDAP and Active Directory)
- Experience is setting up SoD and Recertification process
- Knowledge of development (JAVA, Webservices, SQL etc.)
- Working experience on cloud environment like AWS, Azure
- Knowledge on industry standards (NIST, DIACCC)
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Should have hands-on working knowledge of all phases (Assessment, Design, Configure, Build, Test, Deploy, Support) of?IAM solution implementation.
- Proven experience with optimizing the capabilities of an existing IGA solution
Ideally, you'll also have
- Canadian Federal Security clearance is a plus
- Security Certification CISSP/CISA/ CISM or TOGAF/SABSA is a plus
