Essential Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline, with a minimum of five years working experience related to capital planning, data analysis, database development and data management on municipal infrastructure is required. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

•Designation or Certification in Asset Management Planning is preferred.

•Working experience in municipal infrastructure design, construction and inspection will be an asset.

•Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

•A proficient level of computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.

•Working knowledge of GIS, AutoCAD and asset management software would be an asset.

•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to interact effectively with team members, customers, and a variety of stakeholders.

•Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet specific deadlines.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

•Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual capable of working in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

The successful candidate must have a demonstrated willingness to complete additional training, education, or certificates as required.

Obtaining a Level 2 security clearance is a requirement for this position.

The successful applicant may be eligible to participate in a Flexible Time Options Program which includes the option of working a 4 or 5-day work week, subject to business requirements.
