Position Scope:
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include,
- Ensuring compliance with employee safety and food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Communicate innovative ideas that improve efficiencies and to reduce our organizational footprint.
- Provide leadership and manage the performance of your team and use your resources to help your teammates succeed.
Qualification & Experience
- Supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge and experience surrounding the following would be considered an asset,
- 5S's
- Food Safety
- GMP
- HACCP
- LOTO
