Position Scope:

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include,

• Ensuring compliance with employee safety and food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Communicate innovative ideas that improve efficiencies and to reduce our organizational footprint.
• Provide leadership and manage the performance of your team and use your resources to help your teammates succeed.

Qualification & Experience

• Supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge and experience surrounding the following would be considered an asset,
  • 5S's
  • Food Safety
  • GMP
  • HACCP
  • LOTO
