SummaryAs a Technical Product Manger in Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence team, you will work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders on solving complex business issues with AI/GenAI/Data solutions. You will work closely with the Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Strategic Insights, Data Engineering team and various Product Owners across different Business Unit to ensure smooth product design and delivery. Facilitate the Agile development process and ensure that the SAFe framework is followed.

Key Responsibilities- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products or capabilities.
- Independently gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users, and market research.
- Develop comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs).
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product architecture and components.
- Lead and participate in Scaled Agile ceremonies (e.g., PI planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Proactively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, anticipating and addressing potential issues.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Develop and manage product budgets and timelines.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Independently develop new or complex product features.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical product management role.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple technical domains [GCP, AI/ML, Generative AI, data analytics].
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from diverse sources.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and managing product budgets and timelines.
- Experience with specific tools or technologies relevant to the company's products [Copilot, Visio, Loop, Jira, Confluence, BigQuery, Looker, Vertex AI].
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, market research, UI/UX, data architecture design, and financial management.
- MBA or related advanced degree.
