A position has arisen to work in our world-class Customer Service department. The successful candidate can look forward to a variety of challenges that may include:

  • Assisting with customer telephone calls, prioritizing, documenting, directing queries, providing quotes on parts and processing payments;
  • Working closely with the customer service team to ensure all calls and resolutions are logged;
  • Updating and manipulating databases;
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as required, which may include backup to other team members - travel, training organization, general customer liaison, report writing, telephone, accounts receivable, orders.
Qualifications

Applicants should have strong, proven, administrative skills, as well as:

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work well to deadlines;
  • Ability to work overtime when required;
  • Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to changing deadlines;
  • Proven working and strong computer literacy, with particular experience using databases;
  • Proven organizational skills;
  • Prior experience working with customers on the telephone would be an asset;
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity;
  • The ability to work well with others and operate effectively in a team environment, as well as working independently.

The ability to pass criminal and credit checks immediately is a requirement of this role. Standard working week is Monday to Friday, 40 hours. However, there may be a need to work public holidays for coverage from time to time.
