The Workforce Management team in Operations Performance & Modernization (OPM) is responsible for the end-to-end Work Force Management Strategy for Canadian Personal Banking with focus on our Credit and Operations businesses.
WFM leads as a Community of Practice, positioned at the center of multiple partnerships, acting as integrators to bring data and insights from multiple sources to provide best in class WFM practices with data rich reporting and insights, focused on the holistic Colleague and Customer experience.
The role requires extensive collaboration, coordination and communication with a broad network of partners and stakeholders across channel and partner groups.

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst Workforce Management for Canadian Personal Banking Operations team at TD. This role plays a critical role in ensuring that the right number of employees are in the right place at the right time to meet customer service demands and operational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workforce Management, this role is responsible for the following key accountabilities:
Responsible for the planning, development, execution, monitoring and enhancement of key workforce management FTE models for areas within CPB Ops.
Supporting the strategic vision of CPB Ops to build a best-in-class Workforce Management practices.
Design and maintain Capacity Plans to align resource supply with workload demand by being the Subject Matter Expert as it relates to forecasting.
Partnering with the Product Groups to harmonize volumes and identify future changes which have a downstream impact to our supported businesses.
Working closely with the business partners to understand the complexities, methods and processes to build accurate Forecasting models.
Develop presentations and WFM analysis for executive audience to support decision making process.
Leading and facilitating meetings and preparing agenda items to support all phases of the project as well as regular business activities.
Working collaboratively with the Data Management team to ensure all metrics and definitions are aligned with Business objectives.
Build tools (handbooks, education decks, job aids etc.) to support the education of Workforce Management concepts across a diverse audience
Complete FTE Impact assessments to capture the size of an initiative / strategy.
Job Requirements:
Past experience in Forecasting, Scheduling and senior WFM roles would be an asset
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required for modeling and analytics
A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, strong analytical skills and thought leadership skills
The ability to intake a large amount of information starting with a business objective and independently building a structured framework to influence performance results
Strong focus on attention to detail to produce and communicate high quality, accurate and timely deliverables
The ability to work both independently and part of a larger team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills with various executives and business partners
The ability to manage deadlines, prioritize competing requests, and adapt well to changing priorities through solid project and time management skills
The ability to develop, maintain and build positive relationships with business partners
Degree in Business, Economics, or another Quantitative Discipline like Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics would be an asset
