As a Distribution Agent, you are dedicated to exceeding member and customer expectations by upholding service level agreements and accurately distributing media based on business rules. This role involves the daily handling and distribution of sensitive and confidential media across all business lines and regions. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality assurance standards, demonstrating adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and consistently promoting Medavie's Core Values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute, analyze, and organize various types of sensitive and confidential media based on business rules and service level agreements for multiple regions.
  • Practice and promote a high level of quality assurance, in day to day operations, on all items processed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members and key stakeholders through open communication.
  • Update business knowledge easily and readily; adapt to process changes with a change ready attitude and approach.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to ensure service levels are met and workflow is covered for all lines of business for each region on the daily.
  • Ensure administrations tasks are completed and recorded accurately; individual productivity tracker, incoming / outgoing job metrics, team tasks.
  • Operate and perform maintenance on digital and mechanical equipment related to document and media processing: postage, inserting and envelope processing machines, scanners and associated software, printers and presses.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer focused, fast paced work environment.
  • Language: Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to Work in a fast paced, ever evolving environment while maintaining a positive outlook and living Medavie's Core Values.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail and familiarity with quality assurance measures.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Kofax Capture, Kofax Total Agility, SharePoint and Directories considered an asset.
  • Physical Requirement: Ability to lift or move items up to 22kg.
