Job: Security Guard
Location: Bedford, NS
Shift: Nights, 9PM - 5AM
Pay: $17-$19/hr

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard for our client in Bedford, NS.

Qualifications:
- Previous security experience in required
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods of time
- Must be able to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Ability to document incidents accurately
- Ability to de-escalate situations and enforce security policies effectively
- Must adhere to client confidentiality policies
