SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY :

This position involves creating the media productions required for training courses.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • College or university diploma in computer technology, with specialization in:
    • Multimedia
    • Software testing
    • Programming and applications
  • Minimum of three years' experience in the production of training-related multimedia objects and in video production
  • Good knowledge of HTML 5
  • Project management experience, an asset
  • Experience in technical support, an asset
  • Programming experience, an asset
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Captivate, an asset
  • Good employment and attendance record
  • Good knowledge of educational design
  • Ability to communicate and to facilitate training sessions
  • Ability to act as a consultant to training advisors and other users
  • Ability to manage multiple files effectively
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Basic knowledge of learning management systems
  • Knowledge of databases
  • Proficiency with multimedia object editing software
  • Proficiency with interactive course authoring software
  • Basic knowledge of SCORM standards and protocols
  • Adherence to the confidentiality rules established by the health authority
  • Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
  • Autonomy, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Group leadership and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
