The Department of Social Development is seeking individuals to join the Human Resources branch as Human Resources Consultants in Fredericton. We are looking for candidates to fill both temporary and permanent positions.
As members of the Human Resources branch, you will provide professional human resources-related services and advice to management and staff. Your major responsibilities will include the areas of recruitment, attendance management, performance management, training, classification, employee relations, health and safety, and official languages. You will be responsible for providing quality client service to internal clients and participating in the delivery of components of a human resource strategy, as well as other related duties, program and committee work as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Pay Band 3: University degree

Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is also essential. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

The following operational requirement is also required: travel throughout the province may be required.

Salary:
PB3: $52,442 to $73,268 per annum
