As the Senior Manager SSI Projects, you will be responsible for leading all projects and initiatives impacting operations for Scotia Securities Inc, the CIRO regulated mutual fund dealer within Canada, ensuring specific goals, plans, initiatives are executed & delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities conducted are following governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We'd love to work with you if you have:
- 5+ years' project management/operations experience
- A University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines for Mutual Funds distribution including sales, reporting and tax filing functions would be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel
- The ability to become familiar with system platforms quickly
- An elevated level of collaboration skills
- Self-motivation with an ability to work independently and with minimal direction
- Effective communication skills (verbal/written/presentation)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and handle multiple projects/initiatives all within tight deadlines
