Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: St. John's, NL
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Compensation: $22 hourly

Job Description:We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing excellent customer service
* Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate team members, and take messages as needed
* Perform general office duties, including data entry, faxing, filing, scanning, and photocopying
* Provide administrative support to staff as directed
* Act as the lead communicator with contractors and customers regarding missed collections
* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking and organizational skills
* Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* Strong ability to multitask and stay organized
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Previous experience in administration or customer service is a plus
* Proficiency with office equipment (fax, copier, etc.) and basic office software
* Ability to work well with others and in a busy, dynamic environment
