0700-1430, 0730-1500, 0730-1530, 0800-1530, 0800-1600, 0900-1630, 0900-1700, 0930-1700, 1000-1730,1030-1800, 1100-1830, 1130-1900, 1200-1930, 1230-2000, 1300-2030,1330-2100, 1400-2130, 1430-2200, 1500-2230, 1530-2300, and 1600-2330 Hours; Monday to Sunday. Overtime, call-back, and standby as per Collective Agreement.

Salary:

LX33 (CAD38.88 - CAD48.95 per hour)

The following Incentives may be applicable and can be combined:

  1. Signing bonus up to $10,000 (up to $14,000 if facility is located off the TCH ? Rural Sites)
  1. Health Professional Bursary (student) up to $10,000
  1. Come Home Incentive up to $50,000 (DI Tech III & IV)

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a recognized MRI certification program
  • Current registration with the CAMRT (Registered Technologist)
  • At least two years? experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist I.
  • If no applicant is found, then the position may be filled by a Technologist with less than two years? experience.
  • Upon appointment, must be willing to successfully complete the Self-Directed Intravenous Therapy Program for the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
  • Must be willing to complete/attend continuing education courses as required.
  • A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance are required.


*Effective May 1, 2025, all Medical Radiation Technologists and X - Ray Health Professionals will require registration with the Newfoundland and Labrador Council of Health Professionals (NLCHP) in the appropriate discipline(s) in order to practice in Newfoundland and Labrador. The successful applicant is required to achieve registration by May 1, 2025.
