On the Consumer and Small business team you'll work across a portfolio of brands and solutions. Summary

The focus of Neighbourhood Marketing is executing on targeted leads through door-to-door sales and kiosks. As the Specialist, Channel Execution, the successful candidate will launch & execute new product and program enhancements as well as provide overall support of channel offers/pricing insight, prime the Live Order Entry & communications relationship, and drive key sales opportunities. Knowledge of the industry combined with the ability to conceptualize new ideas, prove the validity of the concept, and the capacity to drive it through the organization until completion is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage & execute strategic hype campaigns
  • Partner with sales enablement and pricing teams regarding upcoming pricing changes, offers and strategies
  • Help set the strategy for internal and external sales partners
  • Work with the various BRS, Mobility, and Small Business teams, including marketing, pricing, communications, etc. to ensure our strategies are aligned and that the NMT team is fully informed & prepared
  • Provide performance management guidance and highlight opportunities to the operations and training teams
  • Create new performance insights levering the available data while working with the reporting team to enhance the data
  • Deliver findings and build impactful presentations and deliver them to different stakeholders
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in a business discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal & collaborative skills, ability to develop successful business relationships with peers in various departments
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage and drive initiatives with limited supervision and to manage multiple projects in an organized manner
  • Good time management skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented individual with ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to build compelling, executive-level presentations and to deliver recommendations with confidence
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; Salesforce knowledge would be an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative analysis
