Digital Engineering Operations is looking for a Team Lead. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and developing complex, highly reliable and scalable enterprise systems. They have a keen interest in application monitoring, security, and maintenance with a strong developer-focused mindset and thrive in a fast-moving environment.   • You must possess strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and guide team members to achieving their project goals.
  • Bring in agile and scrum expertise or productive discussions with the already acquired technical skills in the area of software development with Architects and Technical lead.
  • Participate with team and guide to get to educated estimates with the technical background and solution design experience.
  • Work with team to identify roadmap/feature dependencies and impediments. Being accountable for tracking the dependencies and impediments and removing them to enable the team: surface, track, escalate.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved.
  • Identifies and acts on coaching opportunities at the individual and team level.
  • Conducts regular assessments of a team Agile Maturity and uses the results to guide them to improved performance.
  • Pro-actively identify and mitigate risks using Agile best practices
  • Needs to be work with Development Manager in estimating, forecasting and planning. Knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
  • Have a good understanding of operation readiness activities with associated teams (security, infrastructure, network, etc.) and have good liaison with dependent teams.
  • Regularly communicate with other scrum teams to ensure tactical story alignment and identifies/tracks dependencies between the team.
  • Closely works with and supports the senior development manager on team management activities like managing team capacity planning, forecasting, and prioritization of work
  • Assumes a high level of ownership of the team's work and deliverables
  • Liaises and coordinates with partner teams on non-project related engagements
