WorkSafeNB is seeking a two-year term contract of Transformation Learning Activity Facilitator. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team involved in a large-scale business transformation. Reporting to the Manager, Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of new systems. Your primary responsibility will be to design, facilitate, and deliver engaging and impactful learning activities that equip employees with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to adopt new technologies and ways of working. This role operates at the portfolio level, focusing on system implementation while supporting all six elements of the change strategy: Communication, Engagement, Change Leadership/Sponsorship, Risk & Resistance Management, Culture Alignment, and Knowledge Transfer/Training. You will support the organization in navigating change by fostering an environment of continuous learning and ensuring that training aligns with our Modernization objectives and transformation goals. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and a desire to lead learning and development opportunities.
Your key areas of responsibility are as follows:
· Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with all members of the system implementation project team to ensure training aligns with the business transformation goals and the needs of the organization. Ensure all key stakeholders are engaged, aligned and supportive of the learning process.
· Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with divisional executive leads, front-line managers, and subject matter experts to identify the gaps between current competencies related to new systems and the desired skill level required to perform their role effectively.
· Design Learning Activities: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop effective learning activities and materials tailored to different user groups.
· Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions focused on system implementation, ensuring that content is delivered in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner.
· Evaluate Training Success: Assess the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback, measuring learning outcomes, and analyzing performance improvements.
· Operating at the Portfolio Level: Focused on system implementation with Modernization while supporting all six elements of the change strategy: Communication, Engagement, Change Leadership/Sponsorship, Risk & Resistance Management, Culture Alignment, and Knowledge Transfer/Training.

You, as a successful candidate, possess:
· A University degree with a minimum of 3 years of combined experience in curriculum development and training/learning delivery; or other post-secondary education, with a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in curriculum and training/learning delivery, may be considered.
· Strong understanding of system implementation processes, including training needs analysis, user adoption, and transition support.
· Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and how to create engaging learning experiences that drive business outcomes.
· Familiarity with the key elements of business transformation and how training supports successful system adoption and operational change.
· Comfortable with new technologies and tools, including experience using online learning platforms.
· Understanding of how learning activities fit within a broader change management strategy, with a focus on overcoming resistance and fostering a positive culture.
· Certifications in adult learning, instructional design, or change management (e.g., Prosci) are considered an asset.
Written and spoken competency in English is required.
Pay Scale $86,797.90 to $102,115.18
Hours of work are those required to perform the assigned tasks but shall not be less than 35 hours per week.
Benefits for contract opportunities include vacation, sick time and the New Brunswick Public Service Pension Plan.
Your primary workspace will be from your in-home office, with the occasional expectation of in person meetings, for that reason, working from outside the province or country is not permissible.
