Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Support research and analysis efforts, identify key issues, and recommend solutions to strategic problems within Enterprise Architecture.

Gather data and report synthesized findings in accordance with corporate and group governance requirements.

Contribute to problem solving sessions with cross-functional teams, as required.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall objectives.

Support the creation, execution, and enterprise alignment of strategic plans as required.

Assist with projects as assigned.

Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study

Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy development, finance, and/or project management.

Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment.

Self-motivated, work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams
-
Exceptional planning and analytical skills, ability to understand researched information / data and apply them to solving business issues.

Ability to effectively manage relationships across the Bank, partners, and external vendors
-
Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Proven track record delivering innovative solutions from concept to change management.

Highly proficient in using MS Excel for quantitative analyses and Power UI knowledge to create and build multiple dashboards.

Excellent knowledge of common MS Office tools.
