In the role of Manager, Initiatives, you are responsible for strategic planning, monitoring, managing, and delivery of mission critical initiatives and projects for Fraud Threat Management. You have advanced project management expertise supporting initiative design, business case development, requirements development, project execution as well as broader program management capabilities. You are also responsible for identifying opportunities, advising on strategy, proposal development, recommending solutions, fostering external partnerships and responding to Fraud Threat Management objectives and priorities. You support incident resolution and prevention focusing on understanding solutions that can materially improve incident management and overall positive cyber-fraud outcomes for the organization.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Contribute and support the build and management of a strategic initiative management framework which supports Fraud Threat Management.
- Overseeing, documenting and implementing a project and initiatives dashboard, roadmap and related planning materials and artifacts.
- Obtain approvals from primary stakeholder(s) and control project scope, priorities, and schedule.
- Identify critical capabilities, project resources, budgets and critical path issues and reports to project owners, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, develop presentation deliverables related to initiatives and projects, and coordinate resource planning.
- Manage the day-to-day projects/logistics and the corresponding communications for each project (reporting, including tracking each critical step, outcomes and final deliverables.)
- Develop measurement and reporting on the value of changes, enhancements, planned impacts, training, documentation and knowledge management activities.
- Generate risk assessments, escalate issues, and facilitate project review presentations.
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation and supporting knowledge management practices.
- Support the Fraud Threat Management roadmap that ensures the team is equipped with the expertise, processes, procedures, data, technology, and relationships they need to be successful in preventing, early detection, and response to account-level attacks.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to new members of the team to ensure adherence to Fraud Threat Management protocols, procedures, service-level commitments, and all associated playbooks.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- 5+ years working in project management, program management, fraud, cyber-fraud or security incident management.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning, organization and design skills.
- Excellent communications.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications
- Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
