The Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM), Engineering team is responsible for the integration to our established security controls pertaining to Identity and Access. Our IAM Onboarding teams work closely with operations and application teams to ensure our controls are in place and operating effectively to reduce risks to our Bank.

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for Identity & Access Management? We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our IAM onboarding team, overseeing the onboarding of applications to SailPoint IdentityIQ and ensuring robust governance and operational excellence.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IAM Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful onboarding of applications and adherence to IAM governance functions.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for IAM onboarding, focusing on continuous improvement, automation, and risk management.

  • Process Oversight: Oversee the documentation and communication of operational processes and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

  • Intake management: Oversee the intake management and ensure that we respect capacity allocation based on business priorities.

  • Access Control Management: Guide the team in revising and producing access control matrices, and defining user management and entitlement management policies.

  • KPI/Metrics: Ensure that the team has KPI/metrics to follow performance, identify issues, celebrate achievement of meeting targets.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and completion of certifications across the enterprise.

  • Accountability: Demonstrate personal accountability and ensure the team meets project deadlines, initiatives, and daily operational goals.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, with a strong background in Identity & Access Management.
  • Expertise in IAM tools, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and automation.
  • Understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in the context of IAM.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in technology or pertinent field.

Nice to have:

  • Technical designation is considered an asset (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP)
  • Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP
