Ritchie's Flooring is expanding and looking for a Kitchen Sales & Design Specialist to join our dynamic team! This is an incredible opportunity to work with builders, contractors, and developers on exciting multi-residential and commercial projects, offering quality cabinetry solutions that blend style and function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with builders, contractors, and developers to provide tailored cabinetry solutions for multi-residential and commercial projects
• Develop pricing and cost estimates to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Submit pricing for all job tenders received.
• Prepare and present detailed cabinetry proposals that align with client visions and project specifications.
• Conduct on-site visits to measure spaces, assess project requirements, and provide expert installation guidance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee accurate orders and on-time project completion.
• Advise clients on materials, finishes, and hardware, ensuring their selections meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
• Manage and oversee projects from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer service experience to drive repeat business.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new materials, and best practices to bring cutting-edge solutions to every project.
• Work closely with installation teams to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
• Recommend, select, and supply the required cabinetry hardware.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in cabinetry sales and design, ideally in multi-residential or commercial projects.
• A strong understanding of cabinetry materials, construction methods, and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings with precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially when assessing site conditions for cabinetry installation.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and industry professionals.
• A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to learn and use design software for kitchen cabinetry.
