Purpose:
Contributes to the overall success of Distribution Services in Global Operations in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Able to handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities within the department, demonstrating a deep understanding of all functions and processes. Provide coverage and support in the absence of team members to maintain uninterrupted departmental operations ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Responsible for the day-to -day processing of incoming couriers and bulk deliveries via SendSuite and to coordinate deliveries accurately, efficiently and within the SLA time frames.
- Support with triaging the shared inboxes, ensuring all inquires are responded to within established SLAs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Detailed knowledge of mail room logistics
- Proven ability to effectively manage an office environment and people
- Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Working ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Thorough PC skills for standard programs (i.e.. Microsoft Office)
- Working knowledge of Bank's structure and organization
- Ability to work independently
Work Arrangement:
This is a fully on-site position. The incumbent works in a production mail room environment. The position can be physical with the lifting of heavy objects(up to 50 pounds), bulk packages, mailings, etc. There can be stress resulting from tight deadlines and service obligations and requirements. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
