The Human Resources Administrator, Client Services will be responsible for providing assistance and support in all areas of human resources management such as recruitment, staffing, leave management, contract administration, labour relations and records management. The HR Administrator will coordinate and handle all employment documentation, update and maintain human resources information systems, tracking and reporting employment activity and respond to schools and employees on matters relating to employee status. Working in a client service based environment, the HR Administrator reports directly to the HRIS Supervisor.
Qualifications:
a) University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources or acceptable combination of relevant training and experience;
(b) Minimum three (3) years experience in human resources preferably in a unionized environment;
(c) Demonstrated experience working within the SAP Human Resources module with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access);
(d) Human Resources designation considered an asset.
Salary: This is a PEG (Professional Employees Group) position assessed at Band 6 with a salary range between $59,631 - $74,539. Professional Employees Group (PEG) Terms and Conditions of Employment apply.
