REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from Grade 12 or equivalent.
- English essential.
- Experience with building maintenance, janitorial duties, ice maintenance would be an asset.
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to fill out reports.
- Ability to work with mobile technology.
- Ability to operate machinery such as Zambonis, floor scrubbers, ice edgers.
- Ability to operate machinery such as tractors with various implements.
OTHER:
- Have and maintain a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- A valid Class 3E driver's license would be preferred.
CONDITIONS OF WORK:
- Hours of work shall be according to article 23.01 and the employee may be required to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
