Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, flexible individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of working experience in project coordination or a similar role with project management requirements.

Who you are

You have worked in project leadership roles- preferably in a health care setting a minimum of 1 year.

You have experience in running projects of varying sizes simultaneously, communicating effectively throughout an organization.

You have a good understanding of project planning methodologies, a strong knowledge base of Microsoft 365 platform (word, excel, Teams, Project, Powerpoint, etc.

Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.

What you will do

Core Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist in Project Planning: Supports the Support services manager in creating project plans, schedules, and timelines. Help define project goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate Team Communication: Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Track Project Progress: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects. Ensure tasks are being completed on time, and update project status reports as necessary.
  • Documentation Management: Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and other relevant records.
  • Resource Allocation Support: Help manage resources by tracking project team availability and workload. Ensure that project resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks or issues, and help prepare mitigation plans in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Client Interaction: Support client-facing communications under the guidance of the Support Services manager. Ensure that clients are kept informed of project progress and deliverables.

Other Duties as needed to support department and organizational initiatives.
