Job Description:

Department Overview
The Message Filter Group lies within the TD Securities Global Operations and Business Services area of Global Payments and Deposit Operations (GPDO). The Message Filter Group is responsible for first line review of TD's interbank messages to ensure compliance with TD's sanctions policy.


Job Description/Accountabilities
The Workflow Analyst (Message Filter Group) will appeal to you if you enjoy working with a dynamic team that is responsible for ensuring TD delivers on its sanctions screening mandate. • Owns oversight of the daily operations, ensuring efficient processes are in place to meet the team's accountabilities
• Acts as a delegate for the Group Managers
• Owns operational escalations to technology and business partners
• Manages the assignment of work to ensure the team delivers on its SLAs
• Handles partners' escalations and resolve issues in a timely/professional manner
• Prepares and publishing the weekly shift schedule
• Assists in BCM Planning and Maintenance
• Assists with Audit and Regulatory requirements
• Assists with BAU operations tasks as needed
• Owns the preparation of various departmental reports and statistics

Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Relevant university degree and/or relevant work experience
• Excellent PC skills including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of the business unit and operational functions is an asset
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, shows initiative, and has the capacity to learn and adapt quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
• A high degree of commitment to quality work and customer service
• Ability to understand, document, and analyze operational processes, issues, and incidents

Additional Details
• The team works on a 24/7 shift schedule (including weekends/nights, and Statutory Holidays) and this role requires flexibility to work on any of these shifts as required.
• This role will require onsite training for at least a 4–6-month period.
