Basic Purpose of Position:

Responsible for Tracking and Maintaining Fight Attendants Qualifications Monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine Candidates due for recurrent Training/Crew Resource Management/First Aid and other Training as required.
  • Adjust FA monthly training as required to balance training credits and flying requirements given by Supervisor.
  • Produce French Training letters for Monthly Bid Packages.
  • Book Pairings for out of base Training requirements.
  • Book Hotels/Transportation and flights.
  • Enter preassigned Training in CrewTrac.
  • Work with internal and external departments to ensure a Flight Attendant training plan is recovered when a Flight Attendant fails, ensuring there is no impact to operations coverage.
  • Plan return to work Training and Indoc.
  • Provide information/ reports to Inflight department when required.
  • Responsible for all Planning/Tracking and recovery for all Flight Attendant new Hires.
  • Assist Planners with Monthly open Vacation awards for the Flight Attendants.

Qualifications:

  • Airline Experience for at least 3 Years.
  • Knowledge of Crew Trac would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Altea would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Excel/Word outlook/teams an asset.
  • Understanding of Crew Qualifications.
  • Understanding of Collective Agreements.
  • Work well as a Team Player or Independent.
  • Good decision making.
  • Organized.
  • Able or flexibly work hours.
