Basic Purpose of Position:
Responsible for Tracking and Maintaining Fight Attendants Qualifications Monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine Candidates due for recurrent Training/Crew Resource Management/First Aid and other Training as required.
- Adjust FA monthly training as required to balance training credits and flying requirements given by Supervisor.
- Produce French Training letters for Monthly Bid Packages.
- Book Pairings for out of base Training requirements.
- Book Hotels/Transportation and flights.
- Enter preassigned Training in CrewTrac.
- Work with internal and external departments to ensure a Flight Attendant training plan is recovered when a Flight Attendant fails, ensuring there is no impact to operations coverage.
- Plan return to work Training and Indoc.
- Provide information/ reports to Inflight department when required.
- Responsible for all Planning/Tracking and recovery for all Flight Attendant new Hires.
- Assist Planners with Monthly open Vacation awards for the Flight Attendants.
Qualifications:
- Airline Experience for at least 3 Years.
- Knowledge of Crew Trac would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Altea would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Excel/Word outlook/teams an asset.
- Understanding of Crew Qualifications.
- Understanding of Collective Agreements.
- Work well as a Team Player or Independent.
- Good decision making.
- Organized.
- Able or flexibly work hours.
