The Opportunity
As a valued member of our Procurement Team, some of your key responsibilities would include: invoice reconciliation against purchase orders through to approval for payment; time sheet administration; data entry; document control and updating.
Your qualifications include a minimum of a 2 year Business Diploma (Accounting is an asset) and experience in a procurement/purchasing environment is considered an asset. Compensation is as per the current Collective Agreement.
You are a highly-motivated team player with an excellent work ethic and effective interpersonal and communication skills to complement your strong analytical skills. You are a self-starter who takes initiative, works independently and is able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
