Job Description
We're looking for a results-driven Account Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients in the forestry industry. In this role, you'll focus on nurturing and growing long-term partnerships while collaborating with the Account Executive and Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support and drive continued business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Complex SaaS B2B sales and account management, thriving in a high-growth environment, and enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align client needs with innovative solutions. You will excel in managing long-term relationships, uncovering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining a strong client retention rate.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to achieve assigned quotas for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and service revenue.
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive value for clients and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive and SDR to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and maintain visibility into new business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, priorities, and challenges to deliver tailored SaaS and consulting solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upselling, cross-selling, and renewing client agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams (Development, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align on client requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track account activities, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings, conferences, and workshops to maintain clear and professional communication.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry challenges to effectively position Remsoft's solutions.
- Attend client meetings and industry events as required, with the ability to travel to Canada, the USA, and other regions.
- Language: Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Software: Strong proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Years of Experience: 10+ years of demonstrated success in SaaS B2B account management, managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to Canada, the USA, and other regions as required, including attending client meetings and industry events.

- Background in forestry, natural resource management, or related industries.
- Familiarity with operations management or optimization software.

Location
