Job Title: Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:
We are working with a client in Mississauga who is a leader in global electrical, communications and utility distribution and supply chain solutions. They are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders, process invoices, and manage product returns.
• Generate product quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and deliver outstanding service both in-store and over the phone.
• Make outbound calls to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks and perform general office administrative duties.
• Conduct specialized services such as customer fit testing and fall equipment inspections.
• Assist with order fulfillment, restocking showroom inventory, and organizing training sessions.
• Participate in regular inventory checks while ensuring the showroom remains well-organized and welcoming.
• Support daily office operations with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Previous sales experience
