Salary Range: $52,442 - $68,175 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Director, International Recruitment Centre, the International Student Recruiter works to meet prospective student inquiry, application, and enrolment targets. The International Student Recruiter develops close working relationships within their sales territory, including prospective students, parents, high school guidance counsellors/administrators/teachers, agent partners, alumni, transfer students and other stakeholders. This position also works closely with other members of the student recruitment team and with the admissions offices and faculties on both the Fredericton and Saint John campuses.
- Lead in the implementation of a UNB recruitment strategy for target market.
- Develop application and prospective student inquiry targets in their specific target market.
- Attend post-secondary education fairs.
- Plan and attend independent visits to high schools.
- Plan and conduct presentations on UNB and other related topics to students and other key influencers.
- Help to plan and attend innovative recruitment events, both on and off campus, such as Future Student Nights, information nights, bus tours, campus tours, open house events, student send-off events, etc.
- Build relationships with potential students through school visits, individual meetings, calls, emails, and presentations.
- Develop excellent relationships with high school guidance counsellors, administrators, teachers, parents, alumni, agent partners, and other key influencers in respective territories.
- Help plan and attend events aimed at fostering relationships.
- Research competitors and maintain an understanding of competition in the marketplace.
- Represent Recruitment on various committees, as required.
- Liaise with units on both campuses to keep abreast of changes in programs, policies, facilities, services, etc.
- Enter prospective student inquiries into the CRM.
- Assist with other events/activities as directed by the Director.
- Assist with the development of promotional materials and related research activities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- University degree, preference will be given to recent UNB degree holders.
- Previous sales or relationship-building experience.

- Knowledge or proficiency in one or more foreign languages would be considered a strong asset.
