The Opportunity

As a valued member of our Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for:

• Daily processing and balancing of customer payments made via EFT.
• Collection and sorting of all mail payments and payments made through the onsite night deposit box.
• Administration of the Automatic Payment Plan.
• Providing front line customer service support by obtaining accurate banking information from customers and investigating any issues/discrepancies with the banking information.
• Processing debit authorizations.
• Liaising with internal and external parties to investigate and resolve payment inquiries.
• Provide back up support for the Production Centre.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include graduation from high school supplemented by a two-year Basic Accounting Course or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must be a self-motivated team player who is focused on providing quality customer service, with keen communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people.

Compensation is as per the current Clerical Agreement.
