Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the Supply Chain branch within the Health Services division as Mailroom Clerk at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
Reporting to the Manager of Print Shop and Mail Room, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsabilities. But are not limited to:
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail and lighter weight parcels (1 kg or less).
- Perform general office duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Show others how to perform tasks or duties as a part of departmental orientation.
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with our customers.
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures specifically on sharing personal information.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or successful completion of GED
- One (1) year of related work experience.
- Written and spoken competence in English is required.
The above listed requirements could be evaluated through interviews, written or practical exams as part of the selection process.
Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May require flexibility in working hours, with occasional evening or weekend work.
- Able to work in a small space with a closed door.
- Able to walk long distances.
- Able to bend forward and straighten frequently

Salary: $1419 - $1700 biweekly - Administrative Services Level 2
