Demands, duties, qualifications
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Unified Communications, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support and expansion of telehealth services and provide technical expertise in developing the migration plan from an on premise to cloud solution including implementation of plan.
- Provide daily support to the telehealth environment.
- Provide expertise in Video Conferencing technologies; on premise Expressway, Call Manager, etc., cloud Webex, Zoom, etc.
- Demonstrate proficient skills in analysis, design, testing and implementation of virtual conferencing technologies.
- Accountable for the support of VC applications, systems and enhancements for Virtual Care infrastructure and other environments.
- Provide advanced system technical support.
- Prepare clear and accurate documentation for procedures and process flows.
About You
Your education and experience include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT Related field.
- Minimum 5 years' progressively responsible experience in a system support role.
- Experience working with a wide variety of technical platforms such as UNIX, Linux, Windows, Server, and Desktop Virtualization.
- Experience providing technical advice to project teams and management.

- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members
- Have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills complimented by the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

- Ability to deal with sensitive information using excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.
