Total Compensation $50,000 to $60,000, Base with a bonus structure. Commensurate with knowledge, skills and abilities.

What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us find and attract top talent for Steele Auto Group. You'll learn everything you need to know from our experienced team, and your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Learning how to manage the hiring process from start to finish.
- Connecting with potential candidates and building strong relationships.
- Supporting hiring managers with job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Attending career fairs and networking events to promote Steele Auto Group.
- Using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and keep the process running smoothly.
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment that encourages learning and growth.
What We're Looking For:
We don't need you to have recruiting experience—we need you to have the right mindset! If you're someone who:
- A passion for communication and teamwork, with a positive attitude that inspires others.
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
- Works well in a team and loves to collaborate.
- A proactive mindset with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- A readiness to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- A valid driver's license may be required for occasional travel to events or other locations.

- Previous exposure to a recruitment or HR setting—even if it's just internships or volunteer work.
- Experience or interest in the automotive industry.
- Bilingual abilities (French and English) or proficiency in another language.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
