Join Our Team as a Manager, Sales and Customer Loyalty

Are you a dynamic, strategic thinker with a passion for customer service and a proven track record in sales management? As the Manager, Sales and Customer Loyalty, you will play a pivotal role in driving our direct-to-consumer insurance sales and ensuring the retention of our valued customers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team, develop impactful sales strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with business objectives. You'll also have the freedom to innovate and experiment with new ideas to make a meaningful impact!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Sales & Retention Teams: Motivate and guide your team to exceed sales targets, while providing coaching, training, and performance management, ensuring consistency with company values.
  • Customer Loyalty: Implement strategies that keep our existing clients happy and loyal.
  • Drive Strategy: Work closely with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Analyze & Report: Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the sales department budget, manage incentive programs to drive performance, and prepare financial reports/ forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends, and use market insights to inform sales and retention strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a sales leader, preferably in insurance or finance.
  • Provincial Life, Accident & Sickness license required upon hire, or nearing completion.
  • Post secondary education in Business or Marketing considered an asset.
  • GBA or CEBS designation and/or other industry courses preferred.
  • A passion for leadership and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, willing to experiment with new approaches to drive results.
