We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Junior Recruiter to join the RevTalent team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging skilled candidates to support our recruitment efforts.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Use social media, job boards, and existing networks to find and engage with prospective candidates and foster a strong employer brand.
- Nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit before passing them to recruiters.
- Post-secondary education in human resources/business administration OR equivalent experience
- Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment would be an asset
- Experience with social media content creation and Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATSs) would be an advantage
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
