Be at the centre of Bell's transformation and growth on the Corporate Services team. Enabling our industry-leading businesses requires many teams working collaboratively, such as Corporate Security & Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Procurement, Strategic Business Transformation and Real Estate. You'll be part of guiding strategic vision and hands-on delivery of the business to drive our business forward and support groups and team members across the entire organization.

Prepare and manage a capital plan including a three-year high-level plan and a subsequent detailed program for the upcoming year. Coordinate projects within assigned programs with all stakeholder groups, track/report progress and manage risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a capital plan related to real estate assets including a three-year high-level plan and a subsequent detailed program for the upcoming year
  • Manage Life Cycle of the infrastructure
  • Answer in a timely manner to client requests
  • Manage Life Cycle of the infrastructure and collaborate to strategic initiatives (lease reduction...)
  • Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
  • Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
  • Develop funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of services
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders for the delivery of the Capital Plan
  • Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards
  • Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks
Critical Qualifications
  • Mechanical, electrical, construction, civil or building engineering degree with licenses (recommended) or equivalent technical experience;
  • BAA or MBA with Real Estate management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, specifically including electrical/mechanical building infrastructure (emergency power, UPS, central plant cooling, computer room cooling, etc.) or 3 years of experience in similar program / portfolio management position;
  • Bilingualism required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

  • As part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English.

  • Understanding of finance as revenue and cost management;
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-starter with strong Leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Experience in Real Estate management;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
