Production Equipment Operator
This position will include Shift Work.

Production Equipment Operators are responsible for ensuring specific production equipment is working effective and smoothly for production processes. Starting wage of $18.15.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regularly clean and sanitize machines according to company protocols to ensure hygienic operation.
- Calibrate and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient and accurate sorting of materials.
- Respond promptly to checks to ensure seamless production flow and minimize downtime.
- Operate equipment effectively and ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Control Points (CPs), performing various checks to ensure production equipment operates within normal parameters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Directly report any issues or abnormalities to the shift supervisor.
- Provide feedback on opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to enhance food safety, safety, and overall efficiency.

- Correctly divert waste to support Zero Waste initiatives
- React to green wastes (wasted energy and water, air leaks, product leaks etc.) by submitting work orders for immediate repair
