Jump Recruitment, on behalf of our client, Repairify, are seeking to add a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.
Repairify makes modern automobile repairs simple for customers with advanced tools and remote diagnostic support. They are revolutionizing vehicle care, performance and safety with their products and services.
The Role:
The Product Marketing Manager, Repairify, will be a product and marketing expert, translating the needs of customers across marketing, sales enablement, product, and customer success teams. The Product Marketing Manager, Repairify, will own a wide variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation and help drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. The individual in this role will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy and will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in reconditioning processes, and will be adept at developing and implementing marketing initiatives.

- Overseeing and managing all aspects of product launches, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Developing and refining go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and positioning to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Performing market research on new products, establishing timelines for development, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, and develop messaging and market positioning.
- Articulating the benefits of product features and translating them into customer-facing messaging.
- Collaborating with the product manager or product owner to follow the product roadmap.
- Assisting sales with the knowledge and tools needed for success, including developing customer-facing presentations, updating the website, and outlining marketing programs for demand generation.
- Gathering and utilizing client testimonials to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Developing detailed user and buyer personas to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborating with product, sales, and other departments to define goals, campaigns, and metrics for product launches.
- Managing content marketing to produce high-quality content that supports product marketing initiatives and create compelling materials that highlight product features, benefits, and sales collateral.
- Training internal teams on articulating product benefits and creating supporting documents to enhance sales and customer interactions.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business or marketing)
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a SaaS company or similar.
- Must have expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
- Must be creative thinker who can generate innovative marketing ideas, work collaboratively, and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution amidst multiple priorities and goals.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive product growth and revenue.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays and enablement materials, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to set and deliver against measurable marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to confidently pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity.
- Experience in the automotive industry would be considered an asset.
- A post-graduate degree (MBA) is an asset.
Work environment
This job operates in a professional office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 50 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
Travel required
This position will require only occasional travel for periodic team meetings and client site visits.
