About the Opportunity
The Marketing Specialist thrives in a fast-paced environment, leveraging project and relationship management skills along with meticulous copywriting prowess to develop and execute on campaign briefs. The Marketing Specialist chooses words that bring clarity to brand promises and differentiation to competitive markets in plain, inviting language.
- Point of contact for advertising, including regionally shared advertising opportunities and digital campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives and site requests.
- Seeing campaigns through from the initial brief to implementation, including copywriting, collaborating with creative services, scheduling work back plans, communicating progress, trafficking assets, and reporting on impact.
- Actively monitor, add information and pull data from various platforms to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Meet regularly with Sales, Marketing, Recruitment and operational leaders to understand and action priority initiatives.
- Creating, receiving and tracking purchase orders and expenses
- Improve the digital experience through website development, creating new or restructuring existing pages and/or sections, working with internal subject matter experts and/or external agency partners.
- Designing, building and testing marketing and/or automation campaigns to improve the brand experiences of various audiences
About You
In addition to placing high value on collaboration, service and accountability, you bring:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing/Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising.
- 2 years' experience in a similar role (copywriting, campaign management in an agency environment, status tracking and reporting, website management and content creation)
- Experience with CRM/CMS (WordPress), Automation Engagement Platforms, Google Analytics, Meta, Microsoft Office Suite
