Job Summary
This position is responsible for physically receiving goods at Mount Pearl Square and processing the receipt of good and services in Meditech. The Clerk III will also manage the corporate vehicle fleet by scheduling and distributing vehicle keys to end users. This position is also responsible for the following duties: updating the SAP Access database with client information, generating usage reports from Meditech, and responding to client phone inquiries regarding deliveries. Handling phone calls and emails from NLHS caseworkers and coordinating with the SAP warehouse on client orders will also be required.

Constantly performs fine finger/precision work while sitting and using a computer mouse, telephone, entering data, and other duties.

Regularly required to perform bilateral repetitive fine motor skills when performing various computer work duties that involve typing and use of the computer's mouse.
Job Qualifications
Successful completion of a one-year Office Administration program from an approved/recognized college is required.
A satisfactory record of work performance is required.
*Proof of a current office administration program is required. To be considered current, it must have been completed within the last five years, unless it has been used in recent positions. This must be demonstrated on the application form.
