Job Summary
We are seeking for a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing frameworks for residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building codes, blueprint reading, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Your expertise in carpentry will be essential in ensuring high-quality construction standards.

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and building plans to meet project specifications.

Construct and install wooden frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs.

Perform heavy lifting and maneuver large materials safely on job sites.

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete framing tasks.

Collaborate with other contractors and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.

Leading a small team.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.

Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to building codes.

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction documents.

Strong carpentry skills with experience in framing techniques.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the workday.

Competent in using hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
